With its 100% shareholding in the Dynawert AG, Munich, in a notarial act dated 30th July 2007 GCI Management AG, Munich (ISIN DE0005855183) took over 100 % of the corporate association, Zehnder Pumpen, Grünhain. The association includes the marketing and distribution company, Zehnder Pumpen GmbH, the production company, Zehnder GmbH Pumpen und Anlagenbau (www.zehnder-pumpen.de) as well as the Standard Kabelkonfektion GmbH (www.standard-kabel.de).
The product range of Zehnder Pumpen includes a wide spectrum of pumps in the fresh water, waste water and sanitary sector for waste water technology, industry and building services, including waste water pumping equipment, pump stations and submersible waste water pumps, as well as the construction of special equipment with PE and PP tanks, which can be very flexibly adapted to the market requirements.
The Standard Kabelkonfektion GmbH manufactures prepared connecting lines, float switches as well as moulded plastic parts and electronic level control units for the production programme of Zehnder Pumpen and also for external customers.
In the business year 2006 the companies achieved a total turnover of approx. 7 million euros with about 44 employees.
