Dr. Albert Wahl

After graduating as Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. (qualified business engineer) and earning his doctoral degree in Germany and the US, Albert Wahl started his career with BMW AG in Munich. Following several successful years as manager at IBM and Deutsche Bank AG, Albert Wahl is now active in finance, investment, investor relations and communications at GCI Management.

Dr. Andreas Aufschnaiter

After completing his university studies in Innsbruck and Venice, Dr. Andreas Aufschnaiter began his consulting career with Arthur Andersen in Vienna. He has been with GCI Management since its founding and is now responsible for the Consulting Unit. His consulting expertise is focused on controlling, due diligence, business planning, restructuring and finance.

Peter C. Weilguni

Equipped wth a Dipl.-Ing. title from Austria’s Montanuniversität Leoben, Peter C. Weilguni directed process engineering at an international semiconductor concern. At GCI Management, he is responsible among other things for the automotive and industrial fields. His consulting efforts focus on performance optimization, recapitalization & turnaround management, as well as supply chain, risk and corporate asset management.

F. Roman Pongrácz

After his studies of law and economics Roman Pongrácz started his career in marketing and sales positions at Unilever and later Philips. After his MBA degree at the Northwestern University/KELLOGG he spent several years with the European powerhouse for management consulting Roland Berger. In his last position he was partner and responsible for the Competence Sales&Marketing. Thereafter as SVP at VA TECHNOLOGIE AG, a stock listed Austrian technology company, he was responsible for M&A, restructuring projects and innovation at corporate level. Within the same group he then was promoted to managing director of a leading international EPC contractor, active in environmental technologies, which he successfully guided through a major restructuring process. After the takeover by Siemens he left the company to join GCI as managing partner of the Vienna office. He focuses on corporate finance and M&A, sales&marketing, restructuring and strategy.

Stefan Hasper

As a qualified mechanical and business engineer, Stefan Hasper started at KPMG Consulting in business process optimization for international conglomerates, both locally as well as internationally. At GCI, Stefan Hasper concentrates on comprehensive, thorough consulting for medium-sized companies. His main focus is on implementation-oriented restructuring, and all the way through to active interim management. His entrepreneurial accountability is made evident by his position on the Board at STEMAS Investment Capital AG and his role as Managing Director of a medium-sized manufacturing enterprise.
