With the successful listing on January 17, 2007 PFAFF Industrie Maschinen AG returns to the capital market. The opening quotation was fixed at 2.42 euros.

After the successful conclusion of the increase of share capital from 10 million to 14 million euros, carried out in the course of a private pre-market placement with selected investors, with effect from 17.01.2007 the PFAFF Industrie Maschinen AG share is being quoted in the open-market of the Frankfurt stock exchange and on XETRA, and is tradable under the security code number 623016.
