Dr. Alessandro Berlingieri

Dr. Alessandro Berlingieri studied in Venice. After several years as a consultant at GCI in Munich he moved to France and became a CEO within the Mannesmann Group. Shortly thereafter he assumed the management of a medium-sized company and is board member of holding company. Since 2008, Dr. Berlingieri works as an interim manager and consultant in controlling, due diligence, business planning and restructuring, in particular in Italian-speaking Europe.

From our Munich Office, Nimbus "hands-on investors" as Private Equity Company focuses on Special Situation investment opportunities (Restructuring, Turn Around incl. Insolvency) with Mid-sized Companies and Subsidiaries of large corporations in the German region. At first we intend to stabilise the business by means of financial support followed by a growth strategy through active management support by our Team. The funds available are structured as open fund. Only when the Company has regained its "Old reps. New" strength will we consider a disposal of our majority interest. On average we have an approx. 7-8 years investment horizon. The European based portfolio primarily consists of productions based companies (“Old Economy”) with a little more than 3000 employees and a consolidated turnover of less than € 1 Bn. Mark Bara started his career as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants after studying business administration and marketing in the USA. Thereafter he switched to corporate finance advisory with a focus on Central-Eastern European M&A, financing and investment advisory assignments as a Senior Associate at Moellendorf & Company with responsibility for Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Croatia. He later returned to strategy consulting as a project manager for AT Kearney, working in the energy and postal sectors. He co-manages the Budapest based, European focused management consulting firm XSN Management as a managing partner. He focuses on business development, client management, and project management activities.

Márton Mező started his career as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 1996 after completion of his studies of business administration and marketing in the Budapest University of Economic Sciences. He joined A.T. Kearney in 1999 as Associate, and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2005. He is the CEO and co-partner of the Budapest based, European focused management consulting firm XSN Management with focus on business development, client management, and project management activities. His specialization includes telecommunications, transportation, energy & utilities, finance & insurance, public sector.
