On the way to the top, every step counts. Every weak member of a team or fault in making preparations can endanger an entire company and its employees. That’s the reason for our high demands in selecting the cream of the crop – professional as well as personal:

• You have developed your technical and/or business knowledge into effective tools and, ideally, already successfully used them in practical situations. You think as well as speak internationally, and don’t let the peak which you’re aiming for slip out of sight - even despite necessary changes in course.

• Your sense of responsibility and your leadership potential operate in natural synergy, and you display initiative, an ability to learn and a habit of being enthusiastic. You make analytical and results-oriented decisions even in difficult situations or during unpredictable changes in weather, and have a capacity for sympathy and team spirit in reaching common goals.

Having the right equipment is decisive in getting to the top. You will be securely situated within the team from the start, but at the same time you will have enough freedom to find your own way. With an eye on the summit, we will choose a suitable route for you. In three developmental steps, recognized talents will be individually refined in professional and on-the-job training.

As a consultant, you will learn the basics of consulting and implementation work within the company. On site, you will be included in the planning of the where and the how together with more experienced colleagues. The goal is to always quickly and responsibly develop partial solutions, and to establish yourself as a marker along the path to the final solution.

As a project manager you will take over the responsibility for the personal leadership of your team. You are able to lead client projects just as efficiently as you are able to promote growing productivity in your crew.

As a partner/manager you take on the responsibility of customer acquisition and account management, while taking interest in the shares of businesses and start-ups together with your colleagues.
